This new Net Heath Shops facility is a 120,000 sq. ft. building with a 15,00 sq. ft. office and 105,000 sq. ft. warehouse. The warehouse includes six loading docks, three overhead doors, and an area for a garbage compactor. Also include in the warehouse is pallet racking for product storage and a full metal staircase to gain access to the 3,000 sq. ft. mezzanine above the office. The office includes a 2,800 sq. ft. photo studio, multiple large offices, a large conference room, a fire-resistant server room, four ADA compliant restrooms, and a large break room to accommodate the employees. Other features of this building include large aluminum windows on exterior, colored concrete throughout office area, and a fire-resistant sprinkler room.
