Lancaster Employees Complete Leadership CORE Program

At Chief Buildings, we believe that investing in our people is one of the most important investments we can make. That’s why we’re proud to celebrate a significant milestone at our Lancaster plant: two cohorts of employees have now successfully completed the York County Regional Chamber’s Leadership CORE program.

Leadership CORE is designed to help emerging leaders strengthen the skills needed to succeed both professionally and personally. Through a series of interactive sessions, participants develop their abilities in communication, accountability, coaching, team leadership, conflict resolution, and relationship building. The program also provides valuable opportunities to learn alongside professionals from other organizations throughout the region.

The recent graduation of our second Lancaster cohort reflects our ongoing commitment to developing talent from within. By providing employees with opportunities to expand their leadership capabilities, we are helping prepare them for future growth while strengthening our teams today.
